Lectio Guardians Refund Policy

At Lectio Guardians, we strive to provide high-quality editing and proofreading services. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines our refund procedures.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We accept bank transfer payments.

Refund Eligibility

Clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
    - We fail to deliver services as agreed upon.
    - Services are not completed to a satisfactory standard.
- Refunds will not be provided for:
    - Client dissatisfaction with the edited work due to personal preferences or changes in project scope.
    - Client failure to provide necessary information or feedback.

Refund Process

​- Clients must notify us in writing of their intention to request a refund, stating the reason.
- We will review the request and respond within 3 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds

​

- If a project is partially completed, we may offer a partial refund based on the work completed.
- The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

​

- Clients may cancel services at any time by notifying us in writing.
- Upon cancellation, we will:
    - Stop work on the project.
    - Invoice the client for work completed up to the cancellation date.
