Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms: Rates are calculated per hour. Payment is due upon completion, within 30 days of invoice. Late payments will incur an extra 2% charge for every 30 days of late payments. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation will be charged according to work already completed. In such a case no materials or manuscripts will be handed back to the client until payment have been received. Booking Confirmation: Services are confirmed upon receipt of signed agreement. Lectio Guardians operating hours are from 08:00 - 17:00, Mondays to Fridays. No work is done on weekends or holidays unless previous arrangements have been made. Any work performed on request on weekends or holidays will incur extra costs. Communication: Clients will be kept informed about project progress through email or text messages on a weekly basis. Clients must provide all necessary materials and information within 48 hours of receipt of signed agreements. Rush orders will incur an additional fee of 20% added to the hourly rate.
